Each player may hold only one account on phrush. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify us immediately. phrush will not be liable for any loss resulting from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.
All transactions on phrush are conducted in Philippine pesos (PHP). Deposits are credited to your account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. Withdrawal requests are processed through local Philippine payment channels and are subject to identity verification before release. phrush reserves the right to apply processing times and minimum or maximum transaction limits as communicated on the platform. Any attempt to manipulate the payment system or exploit processing errors will result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
All games available on phrush — including sports betting, casino-style games, fish games, and bingo — are governed by individual game rules published within each game section. Players are expected to participate in good faith and in accordance with the stated rules at all times. Anyattempt to exploit software errors, use automated tools, collude with other players, or engage in any form of cheating will result in immediate account suspension and permanent forfeiture of any winnings derived from such activity. phrush uses monitoring systems to detect irregular betting patterns and reserves the right to void bets or withhold payouts where fair play violations are identified. If you believe a game result is incorrect, you may raise a dispute through the process described in Section 8 of these terms.
From time to time, phrush may offer bonuses, free bets, or promotional credits to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, expiry dates, and eligible game restrictions, which will be clearly stated at the time the offer is presented. Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated. phrush reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Abuse of promotional offers — including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses — will result in disqualification and account suspension.

phrush provides its platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or delays in payment processing that are outside our reasonable control. Our total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law. Players access and use the platform at their own risk.
